Service Description
Our in-home (or virtual) post adoption consult specializes in seamlessly integrating your new furry family member into your home, ensuring a smooth transition and preventing unwanted behaviors right from the start. Let us help you build a strong foundation of trust and understanding, tailored to your dog's unique needs with a focus on achievable goals and positive, force-free methods. We offer assistance with basic obedience, behavioral challenges like leash reactivity, and specialized skills. In your initial consult we will discuss your training goals, any struggles or concerns you may have with your new dog & how to address them. We will create a personalized training plan & recommend a subsequent training bundle to achieve your training success. **If you are outside of Calgary or surrounding communities within a driveable distance, you will be automatically booked for a virtual appointment based on your location.
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to reschedule a session, you may do so by providing notice prior to the end of day no less than one business day in advance. Rescheduled sessions must be within a week of the originally scheduled date. Sessions cancelled without the minimum advance notice will not be eligible for rescheduling. No-shows are considered voided. All payments are final (no refunds are provided). The client acknowledges and agrees that there are no guarantees of the results or effectiveness of any of the services rendered or to be rendered. Services shall be executed in a professional manner and in accordance with good industry practice. Best efforts will be used but no results are promised.
